As announced a few days ago, we confirm the decision of postponing PyCon Italia 11, to 5-8 November 2020.

Unfortunately the situation with the virus won’t allow us to keep the event and our attendees safe, so our decision was made. As mentioned in our previous communication the tickets and hotel bookings will be valid for our dates in November.

We also have extended the deadline for potential refund requests. We haven’t decided a final deadline but it would be after the end of summer.

We hope that the current emergency will be over in the next few months and that all our attendees will be at PyCon with even more enthusiasm, as we are putting even more effort in making sure that this year’s PyCon Italy will still be a very important moment in our lives and be one positive thing in this emergency situation.

PS. We also postponed the deadline of the regular fare to the 29th of August.
